I  recently had the pleasure of meeting Nancy Angus who helped me with her advice and knowledge to get my father’s house ready for sale after his passing in May. Nancy is the realtor I have worked with since 1990's and would consider no other. Family property, history and values are significant to me. Katie Wagner did a great job representing the buyer in our for-sale-by-owner transaction. She kept the paper work flowing smoothly, and also assisted with creating an agreement allowing us to rent back the property for a couple of months after the sale. Our buyer contracted COVID just before our closing date, and she helped reschedule the closing and kept everything on track. All in all, a smooth process expertly facilitated by Katie Wagner.
