Nancy is the realtor I have worked with since 1990's and would consider no other. Family property, history and values are significant to me. Recently Nancy helped me work through establishing a home site on family land for the 4th generation of Jacksons, and to make appropriate sale of the homesite of my grandparents in accord with my feelings and values. She is amazing, sensitive, very skilled, and very forthright. She is incredibly skilled in property transactions as well as other Legal affairs, and she know local history and legalities. So grateful for her guidance, skill and friendship.

Katie Wagner did a great job representing the buyer in our for-sale-by-owner transaction. She kept the paper work flowing smoothly, and also assisted with creating an agreement allowing us to rent back the property for a couple of months after the sale. Our buyer contracted COVID just before our closing date, and she helped reschedule the closing and kept everything on track. All in all, a smooth process expertly facilitated by Katie Wagner.

When we walked into Upper Cape Realty, Buzzards Bay office, we were looking for someone to help us sell our cottage on Taylors Point, that's when we met Bill Corey and were extremely fortunate he became our agent. Bought a home sight unseen with Tammy …

I live in California, and purchased (sight unseen) a house on Cape Cod.  Tammy was recommended from a friend on the Cape.  I totally depended on her for direction through the purchase process that is different from California sales.  She kept me totally in the loop and offered many details and  insights that made the process easy peasy (lemon squeezy).  All of our contacts (until closing) were either via phone, text or email, yet I always felt she was right there for me every step of the way, even though we were 3,000 miles apart.  It was such a pleasure to meet with her when we flew out for the closing. Best Call I Ever Made!

I recently had the opportunity to meet Melissa Almeida of Upper Cape Realty.  I had property that was passed down to me that I let, over a number of years, fall into disrepair. I was told by several, because of my actions, the property was near worthless - Initially I was reluctant to seek real estate help because I was told that real estate people would connive the property away from me to serve their own agenda, as one almost did.  When I finally made the decision to call Upper Cape Realty, fate had Melissa Almeida answer the call – in retrospect, it was one of the most productive calls I've ever made, simply because I got to meet Melissa.  Melissa not only showed up early for the appointment time I set, she was very sympathetic to my reluctance to divorce myself from the property that had been in my family for so many years.
