James brings the energy and focus of youth and the unique advantage of early experience of a third generation Realtor. James is hard wired to keep his clients interests first and will always provide you with his honest and researched assessment of your property or the one you seek to purchase. 

James knows the Upper Cape and Martha’s Vineyard like the back of his hand. James grew up in Bourne and Wareham and attended local schools attending Sandwich Montessori and graduating from Falmouth Academy with summers on Martha’s Vineyard before heading out to McDaniel College in Maryland and overseas studies in Austria. Home again on the Cape, James, rounds out his days sailing and participating in the Falmouth Chamber Orchestra, while growing his real estate business.
