Our experience working with Katie Wagner was wonderful and enjoyable. We were looking to downsize and we wanted to be near water, either near the Cape Cod Canal or the Ocean. She was very attentive to what were were looking for, pro-active with new listings and always ready to show us properties. We must have looked at a dozen places. If we had questions, she would get the answers. She also urged us to do our own research so that we could be as informed as possible. She was patient, professional and personable. When we finally found the perfect property, and though not in our original area, she was eager to show it. She guided us through the entire process of negotiating and purchasing the home. I was completely pleased with the job Katie did preparing an accurate comparison price on my property. She first did a complete tour of the property. She scheduled the showings so that daily showings were maximized and the 12 to 15 showings were completed in 3 to 4 days. She attended each showing to assist in selling the house with ideas of potential layouts. We got a quick sale at the right price even though I was late in getting the house ready by Labor Day. Katie was on top of the whole process and she has an easy demeanor and likable personality that a salesperson should possess.
