Cathy was very helpful, never felt any pressure at any of the places she showed. She didn't cover anything up or try and convince you something was not an issue etc.If something didn't seem right at a showing - she was honest about it. Always made herself available around our schedule. We had an issue towards the end with changes that were made week and a half before by the seller or their agent (who was very difficult to work with) but Cathy stood up for us and got the issue somewhat resolved (to an agreement). Basically I would definitely recommend Cathy! WendyI will refer them to Cathy

Cathy did something no other realtor had been able to do! I had a good feeling about her when I was searching for a new realtor last year. There was a property that I had seen listed with others that had remained unsold....but you had it and got the job done....so I thought, if she could sell that one, maybe she can sell mine. And she was successful! How ironic that this sale wrapped up today. May 5th is my mother's birthday. If she were still alive, she would have been 101 this year. Thanks again. I am forever grateful.
